1. About us

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of novs.be and purchases made through it. NOVS (enterprise/VAT number BE 1027.036.097) is a Belgian sole trader with registered address Rue des Moissons 57, box 2, 1210 Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, Brussels, Belgium. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

All products sold on novs.be are made from 316L surgical-grade stainless steel unless otherwise stated. Product images are representative; minor variations in finish or colour may occur. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable under Belgian law.

3. Orders and contract formation

An order placed on novs.be constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. in the event of pricing errors or stock issues).

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown include Belgian VAT (21% standard rate). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are in EUR. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping

We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and other EU countries. Estimated delivery times:

• Belgium: 2–4 business days
• Netherlands & France: 3–6 business days
• Other EU: 4–8 business days

Free shipping on orders over €100. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

6. Right of withdrawal (14-day return right)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Belgian consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us at novsbe@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Return shipping is free of charge. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Personalised or custom-engraved items are exempt from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article VI.73 §3 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

7. Warranty

All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, as required by Directive (EU) 2019/771 on the sale of goods, as transposed into Belgian law. If a product is defective on delivery, contact us within 2 months of discovering the defect. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, in accordance with the law.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse are not covered by this guarantee.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Belgian law, NOVS's liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under Belgian or EU law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on novs.be is owned by NOVS. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Brussels, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. We will notify you of material changes by email or website notice.
