Use an existing ring
Place a ring you already wear on a ruler and measure the inner diameter in millimeters. Find the matching size in our chart below.

Measure your finger
Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger. Mark where it meets, then measure the length in mm — that is your circumference.

Helpful tips
Measure your finger at the end of the day when it is slightly larger — fingers swell in heat.
If you are between two sizes, go for the larger one for comfort.
For wide bands (>4mm), consider sizing up by one size.
