Back in the original packaging, unworn, same condition as it arrived. Treat her how you'd want to be treated.

We'll send you a prepaid label. Drop it at any post office — zero cost to you. Seriously.

We inspect it and refund within 5 business days, straight back to your original payment method. No nonsense.

How long do I have?

14 days from the day your order lands at your door. Not from when you ordered it — from when you got it.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Never. We send a prepaid label for all returns within Belgium and the EU. It's on us.

Can I swap for a different size?

Absolutely. Just tell us what you want in the return email — the item, the size — and we'll sort the exchange.

My order arrived damaged. Now what?

That's entirely on us. Send a photo to novsbe@gmail.com and we ship a replacement or refund you immediately. No questions.
